As a ServiceNow Solution Designer , you'll play a key role in shaping scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions across ANZ's ServiceNow platform. Working closely with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, Risk, Security and business stakeholders, you'll translate complex business and regulatory requirements into high-quality solution designs that deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers and colleagues.
You'll provide design leadership across a range of ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring alignment to enterprise architecture, platform standards, governance requirements, and ServiceNow best practice principles.

Work Hours: Full-Time What will your day look like?
As a ServiceNow Solution Designer, you will:
Lead end-to-end solution design activities across ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities, including IRM/GRC, Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Privacy, TPRM, ITSM, HRSD and workflow automation solutions.
Facilitate discovery sessions and design workshops with business, technology, security and risk stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs, technical specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Define process flows, integration patterns, data models, security and access controls, reporting requirements and operational support considerations.
Provide technical guidance and design governance throughout build, test and deployment activities.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, testers and vendors to ensure solutions remain aligned to approved design intent.
Support backlog refinement, estimation, dependency management and delivery planning activities within Agile squads.
Prepare and present design artefacts for architecture, security and governance review forums.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce technical debt, improve automation and strengthen platform capabilities.
What will you bring?
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data models, workflow automation, integrations, security and platform governance.
Experience translating complex business, operational, risk and compliance requirements into practical and scalable technology solutions.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow implementation methodologies, upgrade-safe configuration approaches and out-of-the-box delivery principles.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments, including user story development, sprint planning and delivery governance.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working with Product Owners, Architects, Security, Risk, Engineers, Testers and third-party delivery partners.
Strong documentation skills, with the ability to develop high-quality design artefacts, diagrams and executive-level summaries.
Highly desirable:
Experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) capabilities including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, Privacy Management and Third-Party Risk Management.
Knowledge of CSDM, CMDB, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Additional ServiceNow certifications such as CAD, CIS or ServiceNow architecture pathway certifications.
