Location: Sutherland Shire, Sydney (Hybrid /On site Illawong )

Job Type: Contract (with a clear pathway to permanent part-time or casual)

Hours: Up to 8 hours per week initially(flexible scheduling)

About Us

At Eve Body Couture, we are pioneering a new category of apparel. We are Australia’s first-of-its-kind clothing and lifestyle brand, blending organic materials and premium smart apparel with certified, laboratory tested technology.

We have the innovation; now, we need a data-driven, highly creative Social Media Coordinator to help us educate, create, engage, and convert our audience into loyal customers.

The Role & The Pathway

This role starts as a project based contract focusing on establishing our content pillars, mastering our customer feedback loop, and driving conversions. If we smash our goals together, this role is designed to transition immediately into a permanent part-time or casual position with room to grow alongside the brand.

You will have ownership of our organic social channels, working closely with the founder in our Shire office space to shoot content, analyze performance, and scale our reach.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Listen & Learn (Feedback Loop): Regularly monitor comments, DMs, reviews, and community discussions across all platforms to understand our customers' questions, hesitations, and pain points.
Strategize & Pivot: Confidently use Meta Business Suite to dive deep into our analytics weekly. You will identify what content converts, what flops, and use that data to continuously refine our content calendar.
What You Bring:
Meta Business Suite Expert: You know how to schedule, manage, and read backend metrics on Meta. You understand what CTR, engagement rates, and conversions look like.
A Visual Storyteller: You have a sharp eye for modern fashion, health, and wellness aesthetics. You are highly skilled in CapCut, Canva, and other native AI platform editors.The "Edutainment" Touch: We offer a unique, innovative product. You must have the ability to take complex wellness topics and turn them into simple, visually stunning, and highly persuasive social content
Content Creation (High-Conversion Focus): Concept, shoot, and edit highly engaging short-form video content (TikToks, Reels, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) that educates our audience while showcasing the brand.
Funnel Management: Craft engaging copy, manage link-in-bios, and coordinate social campaigns designed to drive direct traffic to our Shopify and Etsy store.
