Support guests from key Asian markets with language and guest liaison support before and during their stay.

Communicate with guests via approved channels, including WeChat, email, phone and face-to-face on island.

Assist with guest enquiries, reservations support, activity information, dining, transfers and general island services.

Liaise with internal departments to support service recovery, disruption updates and seamless guest experiences.

Support travel partners across key Asian markets with booking and operational enquiries.

Assist with trade famils, media/KOL visits and site inspections, including itinerary coordination and on-island hosting support.

Translate and review approved guest, trade and digital content, including menus, island information, website/app updates and social media content.

Support the Asia Operations team with day-to-day administration, partner communication and operational coordination.

This is a full-time island-based role, rostered across 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays as required.
You're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and confident supporting guests and travel partners across cultures. You're proactive, organised and comfortable in a fast-paced island environment, balancing guest service, operational coordination and stakeholder communication.

High proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and/or Japanese (Essential)

Additional Korean language skills (Highly regarded)

Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, travel, front office, reservations or guest services

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and solutions-focused

Experience working with key Asian source markets or travel trade partners (Highly regarded)

Experience using reservation, property management or guest service systems (Advantageous)

Experience supporting approved digital/social media content or translations (Desirable)

Current unrestricted driver's licence (Essential)
