We are expanding our presence across Myer nationally, and as part of this exciting growth we are looking for a part time Concession Supervisor to lead our Myer Southland pad. This is an incredible opportunity to be part of Commonry, leading a passionate team while delivering an elevated customer experience through strong leadership, exceptional product knowledge, and genuine customer relationships.

You will join a collaborative concession community, working alongside Myer partner brands as well as our Brandbank Group brands where there is opportunity for future career growth.

THE ROLE:

Drive an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales and KPI targets.
Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.
Tuesday - Saturday roster (32 hours a week)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.
Strong people leadership, with proven ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
