Contribute to projects involving substations, earthing and bonding, electrical protection systems, traction power and EV infrastructure.
Collaborate with project teams locally and across Jacobs' Global Delivery Centres to deliver high-quality engineering outcomes.
Participate in client and project meetings, design reviews and technical workshops.
Undertake power system and protection studies, technical analysis and design activities.
Support the development of junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions for clients.
Here's what you'll need
We're interested in speaking with electrical engineers who have experience in medium and/or high voltage power infrastructure projects and are looking to further develop their technical and project delivery capabilities.
You may bring:
Solid experience in electrical engineering, ideally within power infrastructure, utilities, energy, transport, industrial or related sectors.
Experience working on MV and/or HV systems, including transmission, distribution or renewable energy projects.
Exposure to primary and/or secondary electrical systems, protection systems, substations or power system studies.
Knowledge of Australian standards and engineering best practices.
Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from experienced engineers and technical leaders.
Interest in supporting Australia's energy transition and sustainable infrastructure future.
