As we continue our technology transformation, you'll play a key role in improving the stability, scalability and sustainability of our platform. You'll work alongside experienced engineers, product specialists and technical leaders to solve complex challenges, modernise our technology stack and deliver high-quality software that makes a real difference for our customers.

As a Software Developer, you'll:

Develop and enhance our platform by improving stability, scalability and user experience using modern engineering practices.

Design, build and maintain cloud-based applications, APIs and integrations on Azure or AWS.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering and TechOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle—from solution design through to deployment and customer delivery.

Apply Agile practices, Test-Driven Development (TDD), unit testing and CI/CD to deliver reliable, high-quality software.

Contribute to technical design, architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Resolve defects, reduce technical debt and support production releases.

Write clean, maintainable code that aligns with engineering standards and best practices.

Help create a collaborative engineering culture focused on learning, innovation and customer outcomes. These responsibilities align with the Software Engineer position description.
You'll be a collaborative and curious developer who enjoys solving problems and working as part of a high-performing team.
We're looking for someone with:

Experience developing software in an Agile environment with a strong understanding of the SDLC.

Commercial experience with .NET and JavaScript.

Experience building cloud solutions on Azure or AWS.

Experience developing web services and REST APIs.

Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD), unit testing and CI/CD practices.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

A passion for learning new technologies and continuously improving how software is built.
Experience with technologies such as Git, SQL, Node.js, React, Angular or similar modern development tools will be highly regarded.
