At CAE, a Courseware Developer works within a group of dedicated training professionals to develop interactive eLearning content for our Defence and Security clients in Australia.
As a Courseware Developer, you will work as part of the production team comprised of other developers, multimedia specialists, quality assurance personnel, web developers, and subject matter experts to build a full range of learning products from one-page job aids to full e-learning courseware programs or interactive 3-D simulations.
Description

Design and develop CAE managed courseware and training materials in line with standardised product processes and product specifications

Participate in review of training content to ensure adherence to development standards and requirements and implement feedback from the development team

Adhere to delivery schedules and report any issues arising related to scope or schedule

Collaborate with colleagues in sharing of expertise and the performance of similar or connected tasks
Minimum Qualifications
-
Experience or qualifications in the development of computer-based training
-
Solid experience in training development, ideally within defence or aviation industries

Experience with Learning Content Management Systems and authoring tools

Proficiency with Microsoft Suite

Ability to work to a hybrid arrangement, minimum 3 days in the office and 2 days flexible. Working out of the Head Office in Homebush, NSW.

Ability to obtain/maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance – must be an Australian Citizen
