About the role

As a Host, you are the face of the restaurant and the first point of contact for our guests. You will create a warm and professional welcome, manage reservations, and ensure smooth guest flow throughout service. Your attention to detail and ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success.

What you’ll be doing

Greeting and welcoming guests with a polished and friendly approach
Managing bookings and waitlists efficiently
Seating guests while maintaining table rotation and service flow
Handling phone enquiries and reservations with confidence
Cashier duties, such as closing bills or service cash ups
Supporting the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless guest experience

What we’re looking for

Minimum 1 year experience in a guest-facing role within hospitality, hotel or tourism
Experience in an à la carte environment is highly regarded
Strong communication skills and professional presentation
Experience with reservation systems
Cash handling experience
Current RSA certificate
Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
