As the Associate Director, Fraud & ABAC Institutional you will be responsible for effective risk management and uplift of the ABAC and fraud risk for the Insto division ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations, adherence to enterprise risk management standards and uplifting ABAC and fraud capabilities in the business. The role delivers sound ABAC and fraud risk management to BU’s, including those offshore, to support value chains and contribute to an effective risk and control environment.
This role also leads top-down risk identification, assessments, regulatory or policy change implementation, escalates gaps where controls or frameworks are not effective, and partners with business teams to sustainably design and embed robust financial crime and fraud controls.

Your key accountabilities will include:
Lead Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABAC) and Fraud risk management across business processes, products, and value chains.
Translate complex ABAC and Fraud requirements into practical, business-focused solutions and advice.
Embed risk requirements into efficient, customer-centric processes and support regulatory, policy, and risk change initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders to design, strengthen, and implement effective ABAC and Fraud controls aligned with enterprise frameworks.
Identify emerging risks, control gaps, and weaknesses, and drive remediation activities to strengthen the control environment.
Deliver risk insights, data analysis, and reporting to support informed decision-making, governance, and balanced business outcomes.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong knowledge of ABAC & Fraud risk, risk management frameworks and regulatory obligations of Financial Crime Risk.
Strong ability to
Demonstrated ability to support the evolution and embedding of risk frameworks in financial services environments.
Demonstrated ability to translate data and insights into practical risk mitigation strategies, including uplift initiatives.
Experience supporting advice to senior leaders and risk committees on operational and regulatory issues.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
