Receptionist / Office Administrator

Priority Tree Services is a well-established tree lopping company looking for an experienced Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiries
Managing emails and day-to-day office correspondence
Booking quotation appointments
Preparing and sending quotations
Scheduling jobs and coordinating the work calendar
Preparing and sending invoices
Completing company forms, documentation, and tender submissions
Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
General office administration duties
Essential Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in a receptionist or office administration role
Excellent spoken and written English
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Strong computer skills and confidence learning new software
Experience using accounting software (such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks or similar)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office environment
Reliable, motivated, and willing to work hard
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
About the Role
This is not a typical reception position. Our office is busy, and you'll be dealing with clients, scheduling crews, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring the office runs smoothly every day.
