About the role
Stabilised Pavements of Australia is seeking to employ a Supervisor into our business based out of Perth. Reporting to the Construction Manager, this autonomous position will be responsible for the field operational delivery of projects across Western Australia. We are looking for someone who prioritises Safety and Quality, understands pavement construction and has experience managing teams. This role is for you, if you are looking for a level of authority in the business, and looking for genuine career progression.
Duties
Planning and managing onsite blue collar, plant and subcontractor resources for the individual projects
Delivery and Reporting of targeted production, quality and safety performance
Relationship management with the site teams, project team, operational team and customer representatives
A key focus is maintaining strong engagement between the field and office teams to ensure the site teams are supported and all opportunity and risk is collectively managed.
Skills and Experiences:
Skills & experience
Pavement and ancillary civils Construction experience
Strong leadership skills
Safety and Quality focus
Ability to be agile across multiple teams and sites
Appreciation of schedule and cost management
WA S26 Accreditation (or ability to obtain)
WA resources sector and Main Roads WA experience (desirable) but not essential
HR Licence minimum
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Commitment to customer service and business development
