Mobile Phone Repair Technician – Full Time / Part time Rotating Roster
Location: Melrose Park, Sydney NSW
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Phone Repair Technician to join our growing team.
This role is suited to someone who already has strong hands-on repair experience, can work confidently without constant supervision, and takes pride in providing high-quality repairs and customer service.
About the Role
You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of mobile phones and electronic devices, including:
- Screen replacements
- Battery replacements
- Charging port repairs
- Camera, speaker and microphone repairs
- Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Software-related issues
- General phone and tablet repairs
- Testing devices before and after repairs
- Assisting customers and explaining repair options when required
- Sales
Requirements
To be considered, you must:
- Have at least 1 year of professional mobile phone repair experience
- Have strong knowledge of iPhone and Samsung repairs
- Be confident diagnosing faults and troubleshooting devices
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be reliable, punctual and professional
- Have good communication and customer service skills
- Be currently based in Sydney
- Be able to reliably travel to Melrose Park
- Be available to work a rotating roster Monday to Sunday
- Be comfortable working either of the following shifts:
- 9:00am – 5:30pm
- 11:30am – 8:00pm
Experience with iPads, tablets, laptops, microsoldering or board-level repairs will be highly regarded.

Pay will depend on experience, technical ability and overall skill level. Strong technicians will be rewarded accordingly.
