What to Expect
Tesla is seeking a deeply process-oriented, experienced, and self-driven Logistics Analyst to support the distribution of energy distribution parts across APAC and ANZ markets. You will work cross-functionally with global supply chain, warehousing, material planning, channel planning, service, finance, and production control to grow and manage Tesla's energy distribution network, which includes Megapack, Powerwall, and Charging products.
What You'll Do-
Develop global distribution strategy to support complex and high-volume service supply chain.

Work with supply chain leadership, logistics and business intelligence managers to establish strategic objectives and logistics road map for service, MRB and e-commerce.

Oversee the initial setup of high-volume distribution locations, monitor booking and coordinate the most cost-effective and efficient means to import/export.

Collaborate with industrial engineers, business intelligence team and system development team regularly to initiate logistics carrier API integration, and internal TMS and WMS improvements.

Issue statistical or detailed reporting for stakeholders as requested including operation efficiency improvement, cost reduction and capacity planning.

Pull data from internal database. Analyze, compile, and publish logistics dashboards and metrics for Tesla's logistics leadership.

Identify and define new process improvement opportunities.
What You'll Bring-
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or the equivalent of experience and evidence of exceptional ability.

Master's degree in industrial engineering or supply chain, preferred.

5+ years of professional experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and/or evidence of exceptional ability.

Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to code in SQL and Tableau and deep dive in data.

Demonstrated communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to write, speak, and present effectively and persuasively at all levels.
