About the Role

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality executive and administrative support to the Managing Director, Transaction Banking, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the executive function. The role requires a proactive, highly organised professional who can manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgement, and operate with discretion across a complex stakeholder environment spanning multiple regions and time zones.

What will your day look like?

As an Executive Assistant, you are accountable for:

Diary management inclusive of meetings, appointments and weekly travel itineraries\logistics.
Management of all flight, transfers, visas and accommodation bookings, ensuring cost effectiveness.
Managing costs and financial forecasting
Invoicing and expenses management
Resource Management (keeping check on monthly FTE/contractor numbers)
Ensuring key governance meetings are set up

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting senior executives (GM / MD level or equivalent)
Outstanding organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement and work autonomously
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Experience coordinating international travel and multi-timezone scheduling
