About The Role

Reporting to the Head of Director Support, you will be a trusted partner to our Commercial Director, helping to keep priorities on track and ensuring the smooth coordination of day-to-day business activities. This role offers the chance to work along senior leaders, contribute to key business initiatives and continue building a rewarding long-term career.

Key Responsibilities

Manage email correspondence, including actioning, delegating, following up and filing communications
Provide day-to-day administrative, project and executive support to the Commercial Director
Coordinate internal team events, customer events and business functions
Prepare and coordinate meetings, training sessions, agendas, minutes and presentations
Manage local and international travel arrangements and itineraries
Process expenses and credit card reconciliations
Compile and distribute departmental reports and business documentation
Support business projects and initiatives as required
Liaise with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient team operations

About You

Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, executive support or PA role
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Exceptional organisational, time management and multitasking abilities
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Proactive, detail-oriented and confident working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Exposure to AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, will be highly regarded
