At Next Gen Clubs, we have a clear vision to create the best premium health, fitness, and wellness experiences across Australia and New Zealand.

As part of this exciting evolution, we are continuing to expand our industry-leading Group Fitness offering and are currently seeking passionate Aqua Instructors to join our high-performing team. We also welcome applications from instructors qualified in other Group Fitness disciplines who are passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences.

About the Opportunity
We are seeking vibrant, energetic, and professional Aqua Instructors to help deliver our comprehensive Group Fitness timetable across seven days a week.

Classes operate from early mornings through to evenings, with opportunities for both regular and cover classes.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing premium wellness journey, positively impacting the lives of our members through world-class fitness experiences.

Classes We Are Looking For

Primary focus:

Aqua

Additional qualifications highly regarded:

Cycle / Spin
Yoga
Pilates
Reformer Pilates
Les Mills Programs
Zumba
Stretch & Mobility
Meditation & Breathwork
Sound Bath & Recovery Sessions

Essential Criteria

Registered Fitness Leader
Current Working With Children / Vulnerable People Check
Current CPR Certification
Aqua qualification and experience (preferred)
Strong communication and member engagement skills
Passion for delivering exceptional member experiences

Duties, Responsibilities & Expectations:

Deliver outstanding Group Fitness classes across a 7-day timetable from 6:00am to 8:30pm
Exceed member expectations through high-energy, engaging, and safe class delivery
Support timetable participation through both regular and cover classes
Create a motivating, inclusive, and fun environment for members of all fitness levels
Build strong relationships with members and contribute positively to club culture
Maintain exceptional presentation, professionalism, and class standards
