In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering infrastructure‑related procurement processes during the Plan and Source stages, ensuring compliance with Transport for NSW's Infrastructure‑Related Procurement Policy Framework and enterprise‑wide procurement governance requirements and assists with contracts administration if required.
This role will see you assist with procurement planning and sourcing activities, support the development and review of procurement documentation and strategies, coordinate evaluation and contract award activities, and build capability while contributing to the successful delivery of infrastructure projects.
You will support the delivery of timely and value‑for‑money procurement outcomes in a complex, fast‑paced infrastructure procurement environment with multiple projects, competing priorities and diverse stakeholders.

About you
Your skills in administration - preferable in a procurement function, stakeholder engagement and documentation formed across infrastructure, construction, engineering, transport or public sector environments will see you excel in supporting procurement processes, managing documentation and balancing multiple work priorities to lead to compliant sourcing outcomes, effective contract awards and consistent governance results.
You are recognized as a dependable and collaborative sourcing professional, skilled at applying procurement policies and supporting sourcing activities, experienced in working within regulated procurement environments and contributing to infrastructure‑related procurement projects.
