The Opportunity: Reporting to the Process Engineer Lead, this role is responsible for supporting Arrow Energy's in-house gas and water flow assurance modelling activities. The position will work closely with the Production Optimisation, Development, and Projects teams to provide technical expertise and ensure efficient and reliable field performance.

This is a Brisbane based position and will require occasional travel to our field operations as required, with plenty of notice.
In addition, as a Process Engineer (maximum term) you will:
- Influence and direct Arrow Energy towards achieving the required Process engineering outcomes in conceptual design, front end engineering, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover and operations.
- Ensure specified Regulatory Compliance is achieved for all Process Engineering outcomes.
- Understanding of all Arrow Energy Process Engineering Specifications & Standards; including their ‘fit-for-purpose’ applications for the classes of assets used in our existing or confirmed future Operational Production facilities.
- Provide requested Process Engineering Support to the Operations group, including production and maintenance personnel.
- Provide assigned Process Engineering Services to the Project teams for Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.

About You:
- Qualification: University degree or First degree or Other Professional Qualification
- A strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance, including the application of risk assessments and safe work practices.
- General process engineering experience, preferably within the gas or energy sector.
- Experience using process engineering and flow assurance software for steady-state and dynamic simulations is highly desirable.
- Familiarised with Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and visualisation.
- Understanding on the use of Australian & International Standards.
- Experience within the Coal Seam Gas (CSG) industry is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
