About the Role

As a Training Systems Data Specialist, you will be responsible for the effective management, administration, and continuous improvement of Macmahon’s learning systems.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administration and user support for learning systems, including SuccessFactors Learning, Cloud Assess and SharePoint.
Maintain training system data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and user adoption initiatives.
Monitor data quality, conduct audits, and resolve system and data discrepancies.
Develop, review, and maintain training documentation, learning materials, and user guides.
Ensure training content and documentation meet ASQA and regulatory requirements.
Conduct training material mapping and gap analysis to support compliance and consistency.
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to deliver effective learning solutions and system outcomes.
Provide training, coaching, and reporting support to system users and business stakeholders.
Create and maintain digital learning content using SuccessFactors, Cloud Assess, Articulate, and related tools.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in administering SuccessFactors Lerning Management System (LMS)
Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, data interfaces
Knowledge of training and competency frameworks, particularly within regulated industries
Demonstrated experience in developing dashboards or advance reports and in analysing training and compliance data
Mining or similar industry experience will be highly desirable.

Role Details

Location: Macmahon Head Office – Perth (Near T2)
Roster: 5:2/Monday to Friday
