Who could you be at GHD?

In Brisbane, our Construction Phase Services (CPS) team is on the lookout for our next Graduate Civil Engineer in 2027! Based out of our Brisbane office (or surrounding areas), and with a degree in Civil Engineering, your interest in seeing projects come to life during construction and working closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams will serve you in good stead in this position.

A little more about the role can be found below:

Gain hands-on experience supporting the delivery of major infrastructure and construction projects throughout Queensland and beyond.
Work both on-site and in the office, assisting with construction surveillance, inspections, and quality assurance activities.
Collaborate with contractors, clients, and technical specialists to help resolve construction challenges and achieve project outcomes.
Assist in monitoring project progress, reviewing construction methodologies, and ensuring works are delivered in accordance with design and project requirements.
Support the preparation of technical reports, site records, inspection documentation, and construction progress updates.
Contribute to multidisciplinary project teams across transport, water, energy, and other infrastructure sectors.

Alongside your peers, managers and mentors, we’ll help you detangle any challenges along the way. You’ll work collaboratively with peers across other disciplines within GHD, as well as with our clients, and connect across the business to share insights, knowledge and improve your overall technical capabilities.
