A senior hands-on AI/ML leadership role within ANZ ProServe. The consultant will own the Agentic AI workstream for a large-scale modernisation program, specifically owning the AI , Data platform and agentic development. They will influence the broader modernisation strategy and improve its efficiency by designing and deploying agentic AI solutions that help accelerate legacy application and database modernisation. They will also enable the roll out of net new agentic AI capabilities for the customer.
This is not a pure data science or model-building role. It is a strategic technical leadership position requiring the ability to shape AI platform architecture, drive production agentic AI systems at enterprise scale, and influence both technical and business stakeholders across a complex modernisation landscape.
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Agentic AI workstream end-to-end: platform architecture, agent development patterns, deployment, and governance
- Design and deploy agentic AI solutions that accelerate legacy application and database modernisation
- Enable roll out of net new agentic AI capabilities for the customer
- Serve as the senior AI/ML technical authority on a large multi-workstream program
- Define AI platform strategy on AWS (Bedrock, AgentCore, SageMaker) and establish reusable patterns for agentic use cases
- Influence the modernisation strategy, collaborating with modernisation architects, application developers, and data engineers
- Advise senior customer stakeholders on AI strategy, risk, and adoption approaches
- Establish evaluation frameworks, safety guardrails, and governance for production agentic systems
- Mentor and uplift team capability in GenAI/Agentic AI delivery
