About You
As a Vendor Replenishment Planner, you’ll play a key role in supporting customer replenishment activities across key retail accounts while partnering closely with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Customer teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their supply chain career who enjoys working with data, building relationships, solving problems, and making an impact on customer service and product availability. The role offers exposure to major retail customers and a clear pathway for career growth within Customer Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse and generate weekly and monthly KPI reports to support planning and decision-making processes
Prepare order plans, inventory analysis, and customer collaboration reports for retailer supply meetings
Manage timely order processing to help maintain strong stock availability across distribution centres and stores
Identify and communicate potential service risks and opportunities within the planning horizon
Partner with customer, commercial, sales, and supply chain teams to support collaborative planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide insights and reporting to support customer collaboration, forecasting improvements, and operational excellence initiatives
Monitor customer inventory levels and identify potential stock risks or service impacts, escalating issues where required
Develop and distribute inventory, order variation, and performance reports that support retailer, sales, and supply chain decision-making
Support customer collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance demand visibility, forecasting accuracy, and service outcomes
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Service, Customer Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organisation skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP, APO-SNP, or similar planning systems
Experience using Tableau or other reporting and visualisation tools
Experience in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, medical devices, or customer-facing supply chain environments
Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and a proactive approach to solving problems
