We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Administrator to join our MyService Platform Team during a period of significant project and platform demand.
This is an opportunity to work on a highly visible enterprise platform that supports service delivery across both technology and business teams. You'll play a key role in ensuring the platform remains secure, reliable, well-governed and ready to support ongoing business growth and change.
Working alongside Business Analysts, Developers, Configuration Analysts, Asset Analysts and managed service partners, you'll help maintain platform health, deliver enhancements and drive continuous improvement across the ServiceNow environment.

About the role
As the ServiceNow Platform Administrator, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration, support and operational performance of the platform.
Please note this a 12-month contract
Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining platform health, availability, performance and stability
Managing users, groups, roles and security controls
Investigating incidents and platform issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions
Configuring and maintaining platform functionality including forms, workflows, business rules and UI policies
Supporting platform upgrades, releases and patch activities
Monitoring compliance with security, governance and operational standards
Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating resolutions with internal teams and external partners
Providing expert advice and support to users and stakeholders
Identifying opportunities to automate, standardise and improve platform processes
Supporting the ongoing evolution and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform
About you
We're looking for someone who combines strong ServiceNow administration skills with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
You'll bring:
Experience administering ServiceNow in a complex enterprise environment
Strong understanding of platform administration, security and access management
Experience supporting multiple ServiceNow capabilities and modules
Hands-on experience configuring workflows, business rules, forms and UI policies
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience managing incidents through to successful resolution
Ability to build effective relationships across technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification

The ServiceNow Platform Team is responsible for the governance, administration and continuous improvement of the Bank's ServiceNow platform. The team works closely with stakeholders across technology and business functions to ensure the platform delivers a secure, stable and high-quality experience for its users.
