Full Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a Full Stack Front-End Developer with strong React and modern web development expertise, complemented by Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) skills, to support the development and enhancement of a customer-facing portal for the Aged Care sector. The role will focus on delivering seamless digital experiences for customers, families, and care providers while ensuring accessibility, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive, accessible, and user-friendly portal interfaces.
Build and maintain front-end applications using React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Develop and integrate APIs and backend services to support portal functionality.
Configure and customize Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components, templates, and content workflows.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, business analysts, and product owners to translate requirements into solutions.
Implement authentication, customer profile management, forms, notifications, and self-service capabilities.
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and security best practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and code reviews.
Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and production deployments.

Required SkillsFront-End Development

Redux/Context API
REST APIs and JSON integration
Accessibility (WCAG) and Cross-browser compatibility
AEM Sites
AEM Components, Templates, Experience Fragments
HTL/Sightly
AEM Content Authoring and Workflow Management
Integration of AEM with external applications and APIs

DevOps & Tools

Git, Azure DevOps/GitHub
CI/CD Pipelines
Docker (desirable)
Automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress)

Preferred Experience

Experience delivering customer portals, self-service platforms, or member-facing applications.
Understanding of privacy, security, and compliance requirements in regulated industries.
Experience integrating CRM, Identity Management, and Customer Communication platforms.

Desired Soft Skills

Strong stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to work across business and technical teams.
Problem-solving mindset and customer-first approach.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sydney NSW
