What we will need from you
- Work 5 days from Sunday - Thursday
- Work on Public Holidays (Time in Lieu in return)
- Work from a Western Sydney Location Full-Time
- Have your own car and valid Driver Licence ( business use will be reimbursed)
- Travel between 10 Sydney stores as required.

Role Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional Level 1 - 3 support to staff, both remotely and onsite, ensuringadherence to service level agreements for various systems including POS, ERP,Telephony, Hardware, Software, Servers, Cloud Solutions, and Mobile Devices.
- Offer day-to-day support for Microsoft server operating systems, MS Office 365,Active Directory (Azure/On-Prem), Intune, and Defender environments.
- Conduct training sessions for store, wholesale departments, and head office staff onPOS and Head Office systems as needed.
- Actively participate in key initiatives aimed at digital transformation, processautomation, and improving the user experience.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures, contributing to securityrisk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
- Proactively identify potential issues, propose solutions to mitigate risks, and identifyopportunities for continuous improvement.
- Monitor Information Security risks, ensuring adequate protection for Flower Power, including risks associated with third-party suppliers and outsourcing.
- Collaborate with Flower Power IT staff, programmers, and other business personnelto efficiently provide support for IT platforms and applications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation as required.
- Demonstrate productivity and effective time management skills with minimalsupervision, utilising job tracking systems.
- Provide after-hours IT support as part of the IT team's after-hours support roster.
About You
As Flower Powers preferred Candidate you will have:
- Full Australian working rights
- Currently studying IT at TAFE/University or have recently completed an ITTraineeship or have equivalent work experience.
- The ability to handle multiple IT helpdesk and support enquiries both remotely andin person including but not limited to laptops, Points of Sale, PC's, printers,telephone systems, alarm systems and Network Infrastructure.
- Strong technical aptitude and a genuine passion for technology.
- A willingness to learn and go above and beyond to grow your technical skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- An ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to provide occasional after-hours support to address urgent outage issues.
- Have outstanding communication skills and attention to detail whilst managing multiple demands.
- Applicants with any knowledge of PowerShell, Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft 365 Suite, and Active Directory will be highly regarded.
