Working across technologies including UiPath RPA, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, you'll take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery and help us build scalable, reliable technology that makes banking simpler for our customers.

You’ll make an impact by:
- Designing and implementing automation workflows, integrations and workflow applications using UiPath, Power Automate, Dynamics 365 and related technologies
- Building scalable, maintainable and high-performing solutions using sound software engineering principles
- Developing reusable components, libraries and best practices that improve the speed and quality of delivery
- Integrating systems using APIs, databases and modern data integration patterns
- Taking solutions from scoping and estimation through development, testing, deployment and ongoing support
- Troubleshooting and resolving defects, incidents and performance issues across automation and workflow solutions
- Collaborating with business analysts, process owners, architects and technology teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
- Contributing to technical design discussions, architecture standards, continuous delivery and agile ways of working
- Providing peer reviews, technical guidance and mentoring to support the development of junior team members

You'll join a dynamic, forward-thinking Customer Technology & Workflow team with a continuous improvement mindset. You'll have the opportunity to own solutions end-to-end, explore new technologies and contribute to how we design and deliver automation across the Bank.
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
- 2+ years' experience in software development and/or scripting using languages such as C#, Python, .NET or JavaScript
- Experience with workflow automation, system integration or robotic process automation platforms such as UiPath RPA, Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365
- A solid understanding of software development fundamentals, including design patterns, version control, testing, debugging and documentation
- Experience working with APIs, SQL databases and data flows between systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with curiosity to explore new tools and technologies
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes in an agile environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with solution design, CI/CD pipelines and cloud services such as Azure or AWS
- A relevant tertiary qualification and/or 2–5 years' experience in software development, ideally within automation, workflow or integration environments
- Experience within financial services will be highly regarded.
