Join our Adelaide team and lead the Rental & Retail operations for the world’s largest RV rental group! We’re seeking a proactive Senior Manager to oversee workshop teams, ensure top vehicle standards, and drive efficient repairs and maintenance. You’ll manage service agents, collaborate with sales, liaise with clients, and support after-sales and incident management. Your focus will include minimizing fleet downtime, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Lead workshop and service teams to complete repairs, maintenance, and safety checks.
- Collaborate with Rental, Retail, and Sales teams for efficient fleet management.
- Liaise with customers and external partners, providing expert advice and resolving concerns.
- Support breakdown response and after-sales activities.
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all operations.
- Conduct regular fleet inspections and maintain accurate reports.
About You
- Leadership experience in automotive, rental, or retail sectors.
- Skilled in team supervision, training, and performance management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and licensing for motorhome operations.
