About the Role:
Adult Community Mental Health Services (ACMHS) is seeking an experienced Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, or Psychologist to join our Community Recovery Services team. In this rewarding role, you will support adults experiencing complex mental health conditions through recovery-focused assessment, intervention, and clinical case management, helping individuals achieve improved wellbeing and community participation.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver evidence-based care, manage a clinical caseload, collaborate with consumers, families, carers, and community partners, and contribute as a Mental Health Officer. You will also support junior clinicians through supervision and play an active role in clinical governance, quality improvement, and service development initiatives.
To be successful, you will bring experience working with people experiencing complex and high-risk mental health conditions, strong clinical reasoning and risk management skills, and a commitment to recovery-oriented practice. This role is ideal for a clinician looking to combine advanced clinical practice with leadership, supervision, and opportunities to influence positive outcomes across community mental health services.
