We’re looking for a Podcast Sponsorship Executive to join our SCA Melbourne team, where your success is at the heart of everything we do! This is a 12-month contract position.

What does your day to day look like?

Coordinate end-to-end podcast sponsorship campaigns, managing implementation from client sign-off through to successful campaign completion.
Act as the key liaison between Sales, Creative, Producers, Talent and stakeholders, ensuring seamless campaign execution and delivery.
Manage campaign timelines, workflows and critical paths, facilitating kick-off meetings and ensuring all teams are aligned and briefed ahead of launch.
Oversee sponsorship operations, including budget allocation, producer scheduling, guest speaker coordination, content execution across podcast, video and branded content, and invoice management.
Drive process excellence through collaboration, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives, helping to standardise sponsorship implementation across teams and stakeholders.

What you’ll need:

Strong experience in a sales support, client services or campaign coordination role, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Highly organised with strong project management, problem-solving and administrative skills, supported by advanced proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of podcast production, audio editing, digital media platforms, and campaign implementation across radio and digital channels.
Experience using CRM, booking and workflow management systems such as Salesforce, Operative and Virtual Traffic, with a keen eye for detail and quality control.
