We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer with strong expertise in CNC CAD/CAM machining & programming, exposure to fabrication and manufacturing process development to join our Production Engineering team.
Role Overview
The Production Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing processes, equipment, CNC machining strategies, and supporting documentation in alignment with ARB's engineering and manufacturing standards.
The role enables the successful introduction of new products and services into production while providing ongoing support for existing ARB aftermarket products throughout their lifecycle. Working closely with Design, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams, you will help drive manufacturing excellence through innovation, process optimisation, and continuous improvement.
This position offers a diverse mix of responsibilities across CNC programming, process development, new product introduction (NPI), tooling design, and production support.

About You:
- Trade qualified or degree qualified in Engineering or a related mechanical discipline.
- Strong CNC programming and CAD/CAM experience.
- Experience with manufacturing process development and process improvement.
- Knowledge of fabrication, machining, tooling, and production systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
- Experience with robotics, automation, or Lean Manufacturing will be highly regarded.
