Turn your passion into purpose with The Y NSW in Caringbah! We're looking for an energetic Pilates Instructor to lead two vibrant Monday morning classes, empower members, build confidence and create a welcoming community through movement.

Join Our Team at The Y NSW – Caringbah!

Are you a passionate and qualified Pilates Instructor looking to make a positive impact in your local community? The Y NSW is seeking an enthusiastic instructor to lead our popular Pilates classes at our Caringbah centre.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and engaging Pilates Instructor to deliver safe, effective and enjoyable classes for participants of varying fitness levels.

Class Times:

Mondays, 9:30am – 10:30am
Mondays, 10:30am – 11:30am

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality Pilates classes in a welcoming and inclusive environment
Adapt exercises to suit a range of abilities and fitness levels
Foster participant engagement and build a strong community atmosphere
Ensure all classes are conducted safely and in line with industry best practices
Maintain a professional and positive presence representing The Y NSW

About You

You will be:

A qualified Pilates Instructor (Mat Pilates certification preferred)
Passionate about health, wellbeing and helping others achieve their fitness goals
Confident leading group fitness classes
Friendly, reliable and professional
Able to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all participants

Essential Requirements

Relevant Pilates qualification
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Public Liability Insurance (if applicable)
