If you’re after impact, there’s no other organisation in Australia that delivers work on this scale.
If finding complex technological solutions is your game, we've got the team for you. You're going to help us create seamless operations that result in efficiency for millions of customers.
In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering operational and administrative support for assurance and audit programs, coordinating program development, monitoring and reporting, maintaining systems and processes, and supporting smooth delivery of program activities across Infrastructure Projects and Engineering.
This role will see you coordinate assurance and audit program activities; track actions, non‑conformance, schedules and performance; support scope development and workshop logistics; liaise with project and audit teams to ensure timely delivery; act as a central contact point; maintain accurate documentation and records; improve systems and workflows; and support stakeholder relationships, with development opportunities across program coordination, assurance processes, stakeholder engagement and operational efficiency.
You will build new ways to improve operational efficiency, program tracking and stakeholder responsiveness in a high‑workload environment with competing priorities, time‑sensitive enquiries, and the need to form strong collaborative relationships across diverse teams and subject matter experts.

You’re recognized as an effective communicator and collaborative team contributor, skilled at coordinating activities, maintaining records, providing timely advice and supporting system and workflow improvements, experienced in assurance and audit programs, administrative services, stakeholder management and program reporting.
