Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking to apply your expertise in a role where your work genuinely makes a difference?
As a Contracts Specialist at Levande, you'll coordinate the legal, financial and administrative processes that support residents moving into and out of our retirement communities.
Working across our Legal, Finance, Sales and Village Operations teams, you'll prepare resident conveyancing documentation, coordinate settlements and manage the legal and financial processes that underpin each resident's journey.

- Build specialist expertise in retirement living conveyancing, contracts and settlements.
- Manage end-to-end resident contract and settlement processes.
- Work closely with Legal, Finance, Sales and Village Operations.

What you'll be doing
- Preparing resident contracts, exit entitlement estimates, refund calculations and settlement statements.
- Coordinating settlements, payouts and contract lodgements.
- Monitoring resident exit timelines through to settlement.
- Communicating with residents and their families throughout the process.
- Working closely with Village Managers and our Legal, Finance and Sales teams.
- Maintaining accurate records while identifying opportunities to improve processes.
What you'll bring
You'll bring at least three years' experience as a Conveyancer or Conveyancing Paralegal.
You'll have a strong track record of preparing legal documentation, coordinating conveyancing settlements and managing stakeholder relationships.

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- A professional and confidential approach to your work.
Experience in retirement living conveyancing will be highly regarded.
