As a Production Worker, you will be involved in the manufacture and assembly of timber roof trusses and wall frames. Working in a fast-paced production environment, you'll play an important role in ensuring products are manufactured accurately, safely, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble timber roof trusses and wall frames using production plans.

Measure, cut and position timber components accurately.

Operate hand tools, power tools and production machinery safely.

Read and interpret basic production drawings and work instructions.

Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

Stack, wrap and prepare completed products for dispatch.

Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.

Assist with general production and warehouse duties as required.
About You
We're looking for candidates who:

Have previous experience in manufacturing, production, construction, warehouse or labouring roles (preferred but not essential).

Are physically fit and comfortable performing repetitive manual tasks and lifting timber throughout the day.

Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Can work effectively within a team environment.

Have excellent attention to detail.

Are reliable, punctual and committed to workplace safety.

Can follow instructions and work efficiently to production targets.

Hold a current driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred).

Ability to work Monday to Friday

Days - 6:30am - 3pm Monday to Thursday with Friday being 6:30am 12:30pm
Afternoons - 3pm - 12am Monday to Thursday with Friday being 1pm - 9pm (with every second Friday off)
