Own the Australian Healtheries portfolio and help shape the future of two trusted health and wellness brands.

Vitaco is home to some of Australia and New Zealand’s most trusted health and wellness brands, including Healtheries, Nutra-Life, Musashi, Athena and Balance.

We’re looking for an experienced Brand Manager, or a high-performing Assistant Brand Manager ready to step up, to take ownership of the Healtheries Food portfolio in Australia while helping deliver innovation across both Healtheries and Nutra-Life.

Working closely with our Australian and New Zealand marketing teams, you’ll combine strategic brand thinking with hands-on execution, leading innovation, building brands consumers love and partnering across the business to bring consumer-led ideas to market.

What you’ll be doing

Lead the Australian Healtheries Food annual brand plan and contribute to the long-term brand strategy.
Own brand performance, including P&L, marketing budgets and portfolio optimisation.
Deliver New Product Development (NPD) projects from consumer insight and concept development through to launch and post-launch review.
Turn consumer, category and market insights into clear brand and commercial opportunities.
Brief and manage consumer research to identify consumer needs, validate concepts and strengthen future innovation.
Partner with Sales, Category, R&D, Operations, Regulatory, PMO, eCommerce and agency partners to successfully deliver projects.
Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns across creative, media, social media and influencer channels.
Prepare compelling customer presentations to support category reviews, range reviews and commercial opportunities with major retail customers.
Track brand, competitor and innovation performance, identifying opportunities to grow sales, margin and market share.

What you’ll bring

Around three years’ Brand Management experience, or strong Assistant Brand Manager experience ready to step into a Brand Manager role.
FMCG experience, ideally within food, snacks, beverages, health, consumer healthcare or consumer packaged goods.
Experience delivering New Product Development from concept through to launch.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget management and performance analysis.
Experience using Circana, Nielsen or similar category and market data.
Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across Marketing, R&D, Operations and PMO.
A collaborative, relationship-focused approach and the ability to influence across cross-functional teams.
A curious, proactive and action-oriented mindset, with an interest in consumer trends, innovation and emerging technologies, including AI.
