The role:
As a Digital Manager, you will support the delivery of performance-led digital strategy for a key retail client evolving its digital approach. With a strong focus on search and social, you’ll help shape campaigns, identify optimisation opportunities, and contribute to ongoing improvements in how digital investment drives results.
This role offers a great balance of hands-on and strategic work – giving you the opportunity to deepen your technical expertise while building confidence in client engagement and broader planning.
Core responsibilities:
Support the planning, execution and optimisation of campaigns across search, social, and programmatic with a focus on continuous improvement
Assist in developing insights-led strategies, including audits and campaign recommendations
Contribute to budget allocation decisions and channel mix optimisation
Participate in client WIPs and reporting, sharing clear insights and performance updates
Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality execution and support junior team members where needed
A bit about you:
3-4 years of experience of digital media agency experience
Expertise in performance channels including search and social, with an understanding of programmatic
Solid understanding of digital platforms, audience targeting and campaign optimisation
Comfortable working with data and translating performance into clear, actionable insights
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders
Curious and proactive, with an interest in new technologies and trends within the digital space
