The role
As a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will gain exposure to a diverse range of insurance websites, primarily focusing on front end web applications, as well as performance, accuracy monitoring, and analysis.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of a large-scale platform involving automation bot testing across hundreds of websites.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing QA/Bot procedures to ensure adequate test results from insurance websites using our in-house tool
- Implement and monitor test scripts to assess basic functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the website, and the accuracy of the outcome.
- Troubleshoot quality issues and modify test procedures in response to customer feedback and product issues.
- Drive continuous improvement, recommending and implementing enhancements to test processes and procedures
- Ensure test environments are maintained to maximise availability
- Assist in implementing and running automation solutions

- Experience with JavaScript testing frameworks like React and Angular practices.
- Experience with automated testing
- Understanding of modern web applications, APIs
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases is highly desirable, including writing SQL script
- Experience with cloud services such as Azure is highly desirable.
- Have exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Proactivity and willingness to take responsibility.
- Commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, science, engineering, or equivalent experience. Desirable but not required.
