The Opportunity:
We're looking for a Warehouse Operator / Forklift Driver to join our team in Coopers Plains, QLD on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring warehouse operations run safely, efficiently, and on time.
Working in a fast-paced distribution environment, you'll be responsible for forklift operations, order processing, stock movements, and supporting the wider warehouse team to deliver outstanding service to our customers.
In This Role You Will
- Champion a safety-first culture, actively supporting our commitment to Zero Harm and living our Never Walk Past safety philosophy.
- Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, move, and store products within the warehouse.
- Complete picking, packing, dispatch, and receiving activities accurately and efficiently.
- Process customer orders, invoices, and payments.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure products are stored correctly.
- Support the wider warehouse team to achieve daily operational targets.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
What You'll Bring
- A current and valid Forklift Licence (essential).
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- A positive, team-focused attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to work independently when required.
Working Hours
This is a permanent afternoon shift position, working Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, offering consistent hours with no weekend work required.
