The Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Logistics Technician to join our Woodville team and play an important role in supporting our daily distribution and warehouse operations. This hybrid role combines scheduled courier deliveries across the Adelaide metropolitan area with warehouse operations within our TGA-licensed facility.
Commencing at 7:00 AM, you will be responsible for courier deliveries and collections, ensuring products are transported safely, accurately and on time. From approximately 10:30 AM, you will support warehouse operations including receiving, checking, packing, dispatching and maintaining stock levels.
This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:06 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete scheduled deliveries and collections across the Adelaide metropolitan area
- Safely load, transport and unload pharmaceutical products in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
- Ensure orders are accurately checked, packed and dispatched
- Receive and process incoming goods
- Maintain stock levels, inventory accuracy and warehouse housekeeping
- Support daily logistics operations to ensure customer requirements are met
- Complete relevant documentation and administration tasks
- Work collaboratively to maintain high standards of quality, safety and compliance
About You
- Current clean Australian Driver Licence with a strong driving history
- Experience in courier, logistics, warehousing or stock control environments
- Ability to follow documented procedures and compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, organised and able to work independently while meeting scheduled delivery requirements
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to safely lift, load and move products
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, TGA or GMP environments is desirable, but not essential
Candidates will also be required to undertake and pass pre-employment medical which includes a supervised drug test and undertake a Police Record check.
