About the role

As our Employee Relations Advisor, you'll be the trusted specialist helping leaders navigate complex workplace matters while ensuring fair, practical and legally compliant outcomes across our growing business.
Reporting to the P&C Partnering Manager, you'll partner closely with leaders and the broader People & Culture team to provide expert employee and industrial relations advice across a diverse operational workforce. From investigations and complex case management through to enterprise bargaining, organisational change and workplace relations projects, you'll play an important role in strengthening our people practices and supporting business performance.

You'll build trusted relationships across the business, work closely with union representatives and contribute to initiatives that shape how we support our people now and into the future.
Day to day you will:
- Provide trusted employee and industrial relations advice to leaders across the business.
- Lead complex employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances and case management.
- Partner with leaders and the People & Culture team to deliver practical, commercially sound workplace outcomes.
- Act as the Employee Relations subject matter expert across organisational projects and workplace initiatives.
- Support enterprise bargaining activities and the implementation of enterprise agreements.
- Build strong relationships with union representatives and key stakeholders while driving continuous improvement across people practices.
About you
You're an experienced Employee Relations professional who enjoys solving complex workplace challenges and building trusted relationships.
You combine strong technical expertise with practical judgement and know how to balance legislative compliance with commercial outcomes. Whether you're supporting leaders through difficult conversations, managing investigations or contributing to enterprise bargaining, you're calm, confident and solutions focused.
You'll enjoy working in a collaborative People & Culture team where no two days are the same and where your expertise genuinely influences organisational outcomes.
You will bring:
- Experience in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations or Human Resources within a complex organisational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, awards, enterprise agreements and industrial relations frameworks.
- Experience managing investigations, grievances and complex employee relations matters.
- Exposure to enterprise bargaining, industrial negotiations or unionised workplaces.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Relevant qualifications in Law, Human Resources, Employee Relations or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
