Full Job Description

We're Hiring – Experienced NDIS Bookkeeper

Darling Daughters is a growing registered NDIS provider based in Melbourne, and we're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper with a strong understanding of the NDIS sector to join our team.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone with proven experience supporting NDIS providers and managing day-to-day financial operations using Xero and NDIS software.

Key Responsibilities

Xero bookkeeping and bank reconciliations
Accounts payable and receivable
Payroll processing (SCHADS Award knowledge essential)
Superannuation and STP reporting
BAS preparation (or working alongside our BAS Agent/Accountant)
NDIS invoicing and payment reconciliation (NDIA, Plan Managed and Self-Managed)
ShiftCare and Xero reconciliation
Financial reporting and month-end processing
Cash flow monitoring
Liaising with our accountant and management team

Essential Requirements

Previous bookkeeping experience with an NDIS provider
Strong knowledge of Xero
Understanding of the SCHADS Award and payroll
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
