What’s the role?
As a Change Manager you will be responsible for the hands-on execution of end-to-end change management across UNITE - working with the Senior Change Manager & Change Lead to deliver change into the business, and ensuring organisational and customer readiness for a seamless, customer-centric transition.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Change Impact Assessment: Complete detailed change impact assessments to clearly define scope, outcomes and benefits.
- Change Planning & Delivery: Develop detailed change plans and deliver change activities across UNITE, following Group and Divisional frameworks.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct stakeholder analysis and proactively engage impacted stakeholders across UNITE.
- Communications & Learning: Contribute to communications and learning activities for UNITE, partnering with the dedicated Learning and Comms resources.
- Adoption & Readiness: Define adoption metrics and conduct business readiness and acceptance assessments.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Consider Voice of Customer across all elements of change to minimise disruption during delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify and raise change-related risks as they emerge, keeping them within acceptable levels.
- Reporting & Governance: Manage change reporting and hands-on execution of change governance artefacts, including progress, risks and resource allocation.
What do I need?
To be successful in this role you should have experience managing and implementing end to end change management and be able to perform most tasks with minimal supervision. You will have proven experience delivering timely and quality change management activities and artefacts and be able to prepare stakeholders for change effectively ensuring adoption plans have been created. In addition to this, you will be able to manage change-related risks and plans and track work providing regular status updates.
