About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations in a fast-paced seafood processing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives on driving operational efficiency, developing high-performing teams and maintaining exceptional standards of safety, inventory control and customer service.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role will play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement of inventory, supporting production operations and delivering outstanding service to both internal and external customers.
The position will be Permanent, Full-Time role based in our processing facility in Morningside, QLD. 38 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management and dispatch.

Ensure warehouse activities are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with company procedures.

Develop and lead a high-performing warehouse team through coaching, mentoring and performance management.

Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee cycle counts and stocktakes.

Coordinate inbound and outbound freight to meet customer and production requirements.

Monitor warehouse productivity and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS), food safety and quality standards.

Manage warehouse resources, equipment and labour to achieve operational targets.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse performance, service levels and cost efficiency.
Experience and Skills:

Demonstrated experience in a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role.

Previous experience within manufacturing, food production, FMCG or seafood processing is highly regarded.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience coaching and developing teams.

Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics processes.

Sound knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) requirements.
Experience working within HACCP, GMP or food safety environments is desirable. -
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. -
Current Forklift License (LF) is desirable.
