About this role
This is a Fixed Term Contract for a period of 12 months. We’re flexible for a 5 day, 4 day or 3 day work week.
As the Corporate Wellbeing Specialist, you play a key role in delivering on nib Group's purpose, your better health and wellbeing, through the design, delivery and continuous improvement of our corporate wellbeing offering.
The role is responsible for partnering with brokers, corporate clients, internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to deliver high-quality wellbeing programs, services and experiences that enhance client engagement, support member wellbeing and contribute to business growth.
As a subject matter expert in workplace wellbeing, the role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to identify client needs, develop tailored wellbeing solutions, manage supplier partnerships, and build wellbeing capability across the broader Corporate Health & Wellbeing team. The role also contributes to the ongoing evolution of nib's proposition, helping position wellbeing as a key differentiator within our broader health offering.
About you
The successful candidate will have proven experience in workplace health and wellbeing industry, with a strong track record in design and implementation of corporate wellbeing programs.
You bring a passion for employee wellbeing and experience, with a desire to deliver authentic outcomes that will enhance our offerings.
Furthermore, we’re looking for:
Relevant qualification in health or related discipline
Strong track record in design and implementation of corporate wellbeing programs
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship skills
Experience in a commercial environment
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to travel interstate as required
Familiarity with health insurance industry would be an advantage
Familiarity with digital health also an advantage
