About the Role
As our Residential & Commercial Leasing Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly while providing administrative and customer service support to our property management and leasing teams. Experience is not essential, training will be provided
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and via email
- Conduct periodic inspection of properties under our portfolio
- Respond to property enquiries
- Show residential and commercial rental properties
- Prospecting for new business
- Perform general administrative and data entry tasks
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and office documentation
- Assist with leasing administration, including processing rental applications and preparing lease documentation
- Coordinate appointments, inspections, and meetings
- Assist Property Managers and the Principal with day-to-day administration
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documents are up to date
- Support office marketing, social media, and general promotional activities (desirable)
- Assist with general office organisation and daily operations
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude with the ability to multitask and work independently
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (experience with property management software is an advantage)
- A professional and confident phone manner
- Previous administration or real estate experience is highly regarded but not essential
- A current driver's licence and own car
- NSW Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain one (preferred)

Pay: $68,000.00 – $73,000.00 per year
