Exciting news! We've secured a brand-new village in the Northern Territory and we're looking for passionate leaders and hospitality professionals to help bring it to life.

This is a unique opportunity to join our first-ever NT operation and be part of building something special from day one.

We Are Recruiting:

✅ Village Managers (VM)
✅ Head Chefs
✅ Line Chefs

If you're a current Assistant Village Manager who's ready for the next challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity to take the next step in your career and move into a Village Manager role.

Work within a small, close-knit village team supporting approximately 100-150 residents, where you can build strong connections with both guests and colleagues.

Location & Travel

Fly from Perth to Alice Springs
Approximately 4 to 4.5-hour bus transfer to site

Timing

Mobilisation is planned for August ; however, some positions may be available to start ASAP .
