Job Description
Join a team at the leading edge of Intelligent Automation and Agentic AI, where you will work with UiPath's latest technologies to design and deliver innovative, scalable automation solutions. Collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating digital transformation and driving operational excellence.
This role is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of complex UiPath-based automation solutions, leveraging UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Maestro, and other modern UiPath services. The position involves designing end-to-end automation workflows, including attended, unattended, long-running, and event-driven processes, while developing agentic automation solutions that orchestrate multiple agents and human-in-the-loop activities. The role combines RPA, APIs, business rules, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to build intelligent automation capabilities that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making. Key responsibilities include developing API-first integrations, implementing solutions using UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, and AI-powered document processing, and creating reusable automation frameworks aligned with enterprise standards. The individual will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable automation and AI-driven solutions, contribute to project planning and estimation, support testing and deployment activities, ensure compliance with security and governance requirements, and mentor junior developers while promoting best practices in automation and Agentic AI.
Qualifications

Hands-on experience delivering UiPath automation solutions within enterprise environments.

Strong expertise in UiPath Studio (Modern Experience), UiPath Orchestrator, and REF Framework-based solution development.

Experience delivering attended, unattended, long-running, and event-driven workflows.

Exposure to UiPath Maestro, agentic workflows, and human-in-the-loop automation patterns.

Experience integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architecture patterns.

Understanding of LLM integration and AI-powered automation use cases, including Azure OpenAI or OpenAI-based solutions.

Experience with UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, or machine learning-based automation capabilities.

Strong knowledge of automation design principles, exception handling, logging, monitoring, and performance optimisation.

Experience integrating with Microsoft technologies including Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and enterprise databases such as SQL Server and Oracle.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery methodologies, and DevOps practices.

Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
