About the Role:
You will provide clinical leadership while delivering safe, high-quality perioperative care within a busy theatre environment. Supporting the Nurse Unit Manager, you will help coordinate daily operations, lead practice improvements, oversee patient flow, and mentor less experienced staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to combine hands-on clinical practice with leadership responsibilities in a collaborative and supportive team.

About You:
- Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with a current practising certificate.
- Minimum three years' post-registration experience or currently classified as a Clinical Nurse.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supporting staff, coordinating workloads and mentoring others.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of contemporary perioperative practice, quality improvement and relevant healthcare legislation.
