About the Role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Delivery Coordinator to join our Maintenance team in a full time and permanent role based at our Glen Waverley office.
Reporting to the Program Delivery and Performance Lead, you will plan, coordinate and manage targeted maintenance and network-initiated programs delivered through external service providers under unit rate agreements.
You will be responsible for ensuring programs are accurately scoped, effectively resourced and delivered to agreed timelines, while maintaining strong control of financial, commercial and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of network maintenance and initiated works programs, ensuring safety, compliance, quality and on-time completion.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define program scope, resource requirements, budgets and delivery plans.
- Manage external service providers and contractors, monitoring performance, capability and compliance with contractual obligations and KPIs.
- Oversee SAP administration, including the creation, tracking and close-out of notifications, work orders, WBS elements and purchase orders.
- Monitor program performance through reporting and data analysis, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues and driving a "nothing overdue" approach.
- Administer commercial and financial activities, including forecasting, budgeting, invoice verification, unit rate management and contractor claims.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing processes, stakeholder engagement, asset management practices and operational performance outcomes.

To succeed in this role you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering / technical / program management, or equivalent experience within the electrical distribution industry.
- Proven experience delivering maintenance, operational or capital programs within the electricity distribution industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical distribution networks, asset inspection, maintenance and asset management practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage contractors, service providers and complex stakeholder relationships.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting data and driving performance outcomes.
- Sound commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and contract administration.
- Experience using business systems and reporting tools, including SAP and ideally Tableau or similar dashboarding platforms.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Program Management or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
