Downer has been awarded a major Integrated Facilities Management contract with Stockland, delivering services across a national portfolio of commercial offices, retail centers, logistics facilities and land lease communities. This long-term partnership reflects Downer’s strength in managing large, complex portfolios and delivering high quality services at scale.

We currently have an opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join our workforce and play a key role in supporting the effective management of Baldivis Stockland Shopping Centre.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes for our client and our communities.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

Coordinate day ‑ to ‑ day facilities operations and maintenance activities across assigned sites

Liaise with contractors to schedule, supervise and quality ‑ check works

Maintain asset registers, maintenance schedules and compliance documentation

Respond to tenant enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

Support health, safety and emergency response activities on site

What You’ll Bring

Experience in facilities, works coordination and scheduling of contractors/internal trades

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

Sound knowledge of WH&S and compliance requirements

Confident communication skills with contractors and stakeholders

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer ‑ based scheduling systems
